At present,there is still a certain gap between China's medical equipment industry and foreign developed countries,still using combination,imitation and improvement of production methods.It is precisely because of the excessive imitation of the medical equipment enterprises that the innovative technology of the medical equipment is insufficient.The competition among the enterprises in the market is gradually turning to the low price competition.Some enterprises even adopt the way of lower cost price,credit price and zero down payment loan in order to improve the market competitiveness to sell the medical equipment enterprises.Low,serious problems in capital turnover,unable to set aside more funds for product innovation and development,recurring vicious circle,making the development of China's medical equipment industry is hampered.In addition,foreign medical equipment enterprises put into production in China,which brings pressure to our local medical equipment enterprises.How to improve the innovative ability and brand awareness of enterprises is the key problem that need not be solved in the future development of our medical equipment enterprises.This paper takes the medical equipment industry as Beijing,through the example of XG medical equipment enterprises,through in-depth analysis and summary of service marketing theory,analyzes the current service marketing situation of XG medical equipment enterprises,and finds out the main problems,including unreasonable allocation of resources,the existence of large defects in direct marketing methods.By adopting the method of "putting forward problems-solving problems",this paper points out the specific direction and thinking in the future development of service marketing of XG medical device enterprises,which should first formulate a clear enterprise development goal,then formulate a reasonable development strategy,and finally improve the service marketing program.Based on the theory of service marketing,this paper analyzes the actual situation and existing problems of service marketing in XG medical device enterprises at this stage,aiming at improving the service marketing level of XG medical device enterprises,formulates reasonable marketing strategies,sets up correct service concept,and serves XG medical device enterprises in the future.Service marketing provides effective suggestions to improve the overall quality of service of the enterprise staff,and enhance the competitiveness andposition of the enterprise in the market.Adopting the correct service marketing strategy is more conducive to improving the innovation level of enterprises,bringing new opportunities for development,and bringing tremendous effect to improve the operating efficiency and market position of enterprises.
