In recent years,the market level of China has been deepened,and the competition between the two industries is becoming more and more intense.The medical equipment industry is monopolized by large and famous multinational enterprises due to its high professionalism and strong technical barriers.After twenty-first Century,the continuous development of the domestic manufacturing industry,the emergence of a large number of medical equipment manufacturing enterprises,they start from the production of low-end products occupy the low-end medical equipment market quickly,the accumulation of power,to enter the high-end market,product prices have a considerable advantage,caused a hitherto unknown impact on medical equipment industry.Internationally,the new faults in the global economic and political order further exacerbate the uncertainty of market operation.All these factors are challenging the decision-makers of enterprises,and enterprises need to find new ways and policies to promote market development.Taking YETE Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd.as an example,aiming at realizing the development of marketing strategy,combined with the current situation of enterprise development and the reasons for the existing problems,this paper puts forward a set of marketing strategy suitable for the long-term development of enterprises.By using five force models and other research tools,this paper analyzes and explores the internal impact environment and external influence environment of enterprises,and finds out the important factors that affect the development of enterprises.The SWOT matrix model is used to analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages that enterprises are facing at present.It points out the future development direction of enterprises,and effectively controls all the key indicators in the future development of enterprises,so as to ensure that marketing strategies can run through all kinds of business activities in the future.
