In recent years, with increased competition in the field of after-sales service for medical equipment market, and with the service of products, services form becoming increasingly homogeneous, Managers of enterprises facing a huge challenge is how to attract customers continuing to maintain the development of enterprises. Meanwhile, as a new origin of competitive advantage, the theory of customer perceived value has become the focus of academia and business practitioner in recent years. Scholars from different countries start to research in the area of customer perceived value. From the perspective of customer perceived value, the article research on the method and path of enhancing the perceived value of customer in service medical device area at the present stage, in order to improve the industry's core competitiveness and competitive position.Based on the inspection of a large number of related literatures about customer perceived value, I research on Medical Customer Service Department of S Company. Take the medical equipment service industry as background, this article construct a medical equipment service customer perceived value model by industry characteristics and data collection. Then through evaluated and classified the various factors which constitute perceived value model, we can identify which component factors have competitive advantage for enterprise in the present stage. Finally, based on the characteristics of Medical Customer Service Department of S Company, according to these great significant factors I proposed corresponding marketing strategy, in order to enhance the perceived value of S Company's customers.
