In modern enterprise management,especially the management of large-scale enterprise,financial management plays a very important role in the healthy and sustainable development of enterprise groups,thus the position of financial management is getting higher and higher.In the increasingly fierce economic environment,an enterprise group must conform to the development and change trend of social economy and contemporary science and technology if it wants to gain an advantage in the competition and occupy a leading position.Financial management faces the same problem.Continuous use of advanced management methods and means to optimize and improve financial management model is the promotion factor for the healthy development of enterprises.With the change of economic environment and the progress of science and technology,financial shard service system with value creation thus emerged and developed,which also provided a new way for the financial management of modern large enterprise groups.Through the combination of theoretical research and case analysis,this paper first makes a deep study of a large number of domestic and foreign research,then traces the whole process of building a financial sharing service system for A enterprise group,and puts forward a pertinence and applicability way to build financial shared service system based on the actual situation and management problems of A enterprise group.A enterprise group is a vertically diversified private enterprise,whose industry spans from primary industry to the third industry.The main business of A enterprise group is steel smelting and processing,which makes A enterprise group belongs to capital-intensive and labor-intensive enterprises.For such a traditional industry enterprise group,how to obtain competitive advantage through transformation,upgrading and management innovation appears to be the most significant matter.This article mainly has the following parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background of this study,the theoretical value and practical significance of this study,and also explains the overall idea and the structure of the article.the first part also explains the innovations and shortcomings of this paper compared with the existing research.The second part is the literature review and theoretical research,the existing literature both domestic and abroad were read,studied and summarized in chronological order.The third part analyzed A enterprise from four perspectives based on actual situation: industry economic situation,group financial management and control,financial function transformation and group information management and control.The fourth part focuses on the preparatory work of A enterprise group before the construction of financial shard service system,including the case study of domestic and foreign enterprises that successfully practiced financial shard service,the communication of experience with the same industry and the analysis of A enterprise group in preparatory period.The fifth part combs and reengineers several processes of A enterprise group from the perspective of process reengineering.The sixth part is about the related adjustment of A enterprise group under financial sharing service system,including the adjustment of management system,organization,information system and financial rules and regulations.The last part is a summary of the enlightenment.At the same time,it puts forward the topic of how to combine financial shared service system with tax and cost budget in the future.This paper takes the actual enterprise of A enterprise group as the research object.Through the study of the whole process of constructing financial sharing service system in A enterprise group,we can deeply and completely explore the possibility of financial management innovation in the traditional industry,and provide a train of thought for the professional and efficient financial management of A enterprise group.It provides a certain reference for the transformation and innovation of financial management in traditional industries in the future,especially for enterprises in the scope of "cutting overcapacity,reducing excess inventory,deleveraging,lowering costs" policy to build financial sharing services.
