Under the trend of globalization and informationization,enterprise' s scale has began to expand rapidly with the continuous development and expansion,not only the scale of assets begins to expand,and capital chain elongate,geographical distribution is also increasingly widespread.At the same time,with the cross-regional production and management become increasingly common,the majority of large enterprises and groups should set up financial departments in each region branch under the influence of the traditional "decentralized" mode of financial management,allocated with a certain number of financial staffs.With the continuous expansion of corporate financial organizations,the higher costs and inefficiencies caused by the overstaffing of the organization and the redundant financial personnel become the constraints of many large enterprises and groups.The traditional "decentralized",function-driven financial management mode has been unable to meet the needs of corporate expansion and stakeholders' expectation.Financial shared service model came into being through the continuous exploration and practice of managers,so as the problem was effectively solved.In this paper,the author aims to study the financial process reengineering of H company under the guidance of financial shared service theory.First of all,the paper using the method of literature review summarizes research status of the domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of business process reengineering and financial shared service,and emphasizes on the domestic scholars' research on business process reengineering in the field of financial shared service.Secondly,the paper briefly introduces the related theories,such as the theory of financial shared service and the theory of BPR.Then based on the H company as the research object,the paper analyzes the current situation of the company's financial processes and existing problems.Combining the goals and principles of financial process reengineering,the empirical method is used to analyze the degree that different financial process influences on the quality of the overall financial processes.Based on the results of the overall financial process analysis,this paper selects three typical financial processes(employees expenses reimbursement process,accounts payable process and accounts receivable process)to reengineer and re-optimize,and also develops a plan of how to design them.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the financial process reengineering,some measures are put forward,such as from aspects of system,personnel,team and research.Finally,the full text is summarized.This paper tries to make the company's financial shared service center construction studies as the breakthrough point,and applies financial shared service and business process reengineering theory as guidance,then uses the method of process analysis to put forward the design plan for H company's financial shared service process reengineering.The results are expected to promote H company's exiting financial management mode turning into financial shared service mode,and provide certain references for other same type of large enterprise groups,which just start trying to build a Financial Shared Service Center.
