Lots of companies had succumbed to "big-company disease", with their developing and expansion. Especially in the field of financial management, there were many problems such as:the low operational efficiency, the high administrative costs and the inadequate quality of information. So, a revolution in management field was going to take place, BPR(Business Process Reengineering) was the most popular management trend, financial accounting became more centralized, financial management became more fine, financial function was gradually separated from accounting function. Finally, As a new management pattern, financial shared service was proposed.This article that was based on BPR(Business Process Reengineering), researched and analyzed the process and operation of the Financial Shared Service. Taking H company’s Financial Shared Service as the example, this article described the current situation of H company, and analyzed organizational structure, the core accounting procedures and the actions of the process nodes. In addition, three suggestions were put forward for improving H company’s Financial Shared Service, first of all, dealing with the transition problem of financial staff, improving the overall quality of the team from the angle of the recruitment and training; secondly, incorporating the operation revenue funds audit process into the Financial Shared Service; finally, providing some advice for improving information system, make sure that Financial Shared Service would be supported well by information platform. From the actual situation, this article’s suggestions to improve H company’s Financial Shared Service were operational and useful reference for other company, which contributes to the implement of other financial shared service center.
