With the continuous development of the economy,in order to obtain a broader market and more resources,more and more Western multinational companies began to expand the scale of operation.However,because of the increasingly fierce competition,the scale of the expansion and the increasing branch of the multinational companies bring a lot of problems,such as cost increases,control capacity decline,low operating efficiency,and finance and business separation and so on.Especially,the financial management cannot keep up with the company development.In addition,with the rapid development of information technology,information technology applications plays a very important role in the business management,and the upgrading of information technology has provided a lot of support for the development of companies.The traditional financial accounting and management model cannot meet the requirements of the collectivization development.Thus,companies need to make changes in order to make financial management and business integration,sharing of resources,and jointly achieve the strategic objectives.The United States Ford established the world's first financial sharing service center in Europe.Since then,the United States General Electric,China's ZTE,and China's Haier Group have also started to try this model.Financial sharing gradually stepping into the high-speed development stage,and the theoretical system has been quickly improved in practice.Based on the theory of financial sharing service center and process management,this paper analyzes the key links of business process in case study of Company A by sharing before and after,and tries to discuss the company performance improvement by process reengineering from the four aspects of cost,quality,service and speed.At the same time,this paper summarizes the new problems and solutions,and put forward that financial sharing service center in the process still need to further improved.In order to reflect the true meaning of process reengineering and ultimately enhance corporate value,we can only by constantly optimizing the process of reducing operating costs,improving operational efficiency and service quality.It is hoped that the research of this paper will provide help and support for the construction of financial sharing service center of Company A,and also provide reference for other companies.
