With the continuous development of information globalization,the global economic chain is more abundant,big data is infiltrating on a global scale,and science and technology have entered a new stage of development.Under this circumstance,both corporate financial management and operational thinking are given.The development of the company has had a huge impact.The development of enterprise grouping is in the ascendant.Enterprises are constantly seeking development and expansion in the form of mergers and absorptions.The differences in business processes and rules and regulations of different subsidiaries,the growth of organizational structure and the complexity of management structure will inevitably lead to an increase in cost and expenses.Business efficiency is low and communication is increasingly lacking in timeliness.In this way,the innovation of financial management mode is a natural development.In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise groups and make enterprises move from decentralized management to centralized management mode,it is particularly important to reengineer the financial operations of enterprise groups,and it has become a theoretical scholar and practice.The focus of common concern of workers.Introducing the concept of shared services and building a financial shared service center is an important option for financial management innovation of large enterprise groups.With the introduction of the shared service concept,the construction and application of the financial shared service center is an important way for large enterprises to innovate and optimize their financial management behavior.Taking MN Group in China as an example,this paper first analyzes the background of establishing financial sharing service center by using literature research method,normative research method and interview analysis method,and then from organization management,prospect planning,information construction,shared business content and business.Four aspects of process reengineering describe the status quo of the construction of financial sharing services.Finally,it summarizes the problems existing in the application of financial sharing services,and analyzes the causes.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for optimizing the financial sharing services of MN Group.This paper attempts to analyze the operation of MN Group's financial sharing servicewith a multi-level perspective,and proposes corresponding optimization suggestions.It is expected that the financial sharing service plan and financial implementation will be developed for enterprises that introduce the concept of financial shared services are practical.
