With the further deepening of global economic integration,the concept of shared services has emerged based on the need to reduce corporate costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Chinese companies,especially Chinese manufacturing,have to start to think about how to reduce costs,improve efficiency and improve quality in order to gain a place in a globally competitive environment.The new financial management model of the Financial Sharing Center has become the choice of more and more Chinese companies for financial transformation.As an important management department of an enterprise,the financial department must provide a service for the production and operation decision-making of the enterprise from a global perspective.This is bound to prompt the financial sector to take the initiative to transform,from accounting to management or even strategic.Through the research on the process of establishing the financial sharing center of LD Company,this paper hopes to reduce the operating cost of the enterprise and complete the transformation of the financial personnel of the enterprise under the premise of satisfying the rapid development of the enterprise,so that the financial staff of the enterprise can put more energy into it.Higher value-added work such as strategic management and cost management of the enterprise.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research significance,background,content and the framework of the thesis.At the same time,through the literature review,the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the sharing center is introduced.In chapter 2,the concepts and theories related to financial sharing service are introduced,including the concept,characteristics,application to enterprises and the system of financial business partners.Chapter 3 analyzes the case of the establishment of the financial Shared service center of LD company,and focuses on the accounting standardization and related process optimization after the establishment of the financial Shared service center.Chapter 4 presents the problems in the process of establishing the financial sharing center of LD Company and discusses the solutions to the problems.Chapter 5 is a summary and outlook of the full text.The innovation of this paper is:based on the preparatory practice established by LD's financial sharing center,based on the concept of business integration,the financial function and financial related processes are changed and designed,and the questions are raised from the perspective of the financial staff at the lowest level of the financial sharing center.And explore solutions at the same time.This not only has certain guiding significance for the future operation of LD's financial sharing center,but also has certain reference significance for other enterprises that will launch the financial sharing service center in the future.
