With the rapid development of the economy,the scale of large-scale enterprise groups has been expanding,leading to the formation of “big enterprise diseases” such as complex organizational structure,low management efficiency and rising financial costs.Establishing a financial sharing center has become the first choice for financial transformation strategies of large enterprise groups.With the application and promotion of the financial sharing center,its advantages of standardization and process ability have indeed improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the company and reduced the operational risks,effectively solving the inconsistency between business and financial objectives,business and financial separation,etc.problem.With the improvement of the management accounting system,the management and financial sharing center that builds business and financial integration is gradually becoming a new trend in financial management reform.Based on the theory of financial sharing center and business finance integration,this paper uses case study method to select X company that has successfully implemented financial integration under the financial sharing center as a case study.Firstly,formulate financial sharing center construction based on the financial management problems faced by Company X.The overall planning;secondly,from the financial information layered logic structure and key decision points of the financial sharing center,the overall platform architecture is built;finally,from the business process combing,organizational structure design,information platform construction and the reaction of the business department four The implementation process is described in terms of aspects.Summarize the effect of X company's implementation of financial integration management and financial integration management,mainly reflected in:financial management has become front-end,improved management efficiency,promoted the management accounting,and strengthened the Group's capital planning control ability and capital utilization efficiency.The data sharing value-added has been realized,and multi-service system support and multi-link business control have been achieved.This paper summarizes the experience of X company's financial sharing center based on financial and business integration: as a top-ranking project,it is vigorously and orderly from top to bottom;adhere to unified planning and step-by-step implementation principles;pay attention to talent appointment;establish effective information Platform.On this basis,this paper proposes an optimization scheme based on the deep integration of business and finance,and further puts forward the basic conditions for the implementation of the scheme: the enterprise has a large number of repetitive tasks,and there are enough accounting entities and need professional skills support;The company has a good information base;from the management expectation of the standardization of processes and methods,make full use of the company's limited resources.The research in this paper can provide reference for enterprises facing similar situations,and promote scientific and effective attempt to integrate business and finance,thereby enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
