With the refinement of global division of labor,the cooperation among enterprises in various countries is becoming closer and closer,and the changes of each enterprise will affect the changes of the whole supply chain.Competition among enterprises has evolved into competition among supply chains.As the most basic and important management activity in the supply chain,production planning management affects the overall competitive advantage of the supply chain.So how to optimize the production plan of the core enterprises in the supply chain is an urgent problem to be solved in the supply chain management.This thesis intends to study and analyze the production plan of T Company based on my years of work experience and relevant theoretical knowledge.The main research contents are: T company's demand management,production planning process at all levels,production planning formulation mode,including project planning,material demand planning,workshop operation planning,from the perspective of the overall production plan to analyze the problems existing in the formulation and implementation of plans at all levels,and production planning on the supply chain.And the impact of relative supplying enterprises.T company is the core enterprise in the supply chain.T company's production plan will have a significant impact on other enterprises in the supply chain.Therefore,this thesis optimizes T company's comprehensive plan,main production plan,material demand plan and workshop operation plan from the perspective of supply chain according to the production plan problems existing in T company.MRP system is added to calculate the material requirement plan to solve the original rough material requirement management mode of T company.Based on the long response period of T company's supplier,on the basis of optimizing the internal production planning management of T company,the coordination mechanism of inter-organization is established by ordering,which greatly shortens the multi-stage corresponding period of suppliers.Based on the above improvement measures,the production planning model of T company is established.The model uses information integration platform to realize the timely transmission and update of information in supply chain,to ensure the synchronization of production planning of enterprises in supply chain,to realize pull production by using electronic Kanban,and to solve the current high inventory problem of T company.
