Research On Production Planning For The ATO Enterprise Under Environment Of Supply Chain

With the economic globalization, market competition intensifies increasingly, in order to adapt to the changes of the environment, enterprises pay more attention to supply chain management, in the21st century, the competition between enterprises has been replaced by the competition between supply chains. At present, enterprises live on customer orders. A lot of enterprises use the production mode of ATO, which is short for assemble-to-order, in order to reduce stock-holding cost and respond to and fulfill customers’ diversified and personalized needs rapidly. Good production planning can reduce the cost of production and operation, improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and make production in order.Research on production planning for the ATO enterprise under environment of supply chain in this thesis includes the integrated production planning system model, production planning mode and model of ATO enterprise under environment of supply chain, which is applied to enterprise production practice to solve practical problems of production planning and offer ideas and suggestions. Firstly, the thesis analyzed the characteristics and requirements of production planning under environment of supply, together with the differences between production planning under environment of supply chain and under traditional environment, studied the integrated production planning system model under the environment of supply chain, proposed a two-stage production planning model of enterprises used ATO based on MRP Ⅱ and JIT under environment of supply chain. After that, the thesis abstracted out the multi-objective mathematical model based on more than an assembly line and product, which helped enterprises make a balance between the targets of reducing costs related to production and shortening customer demand cycle. At last, suggestions were given through analyzing current situation and existing problems of production planning of RA company. The production planning mode and model of ATO enterprise under environment of supply chain was applied to RA company to optimize orders in production planning, to determine the assembly sequence of products in the orders, to take into account of shorter assembly time and less assembly costs, which helped making business decisions.
