Principle And Method Research Of Production Capacity Planning In The Environment Of Supply Chain Management

These days, traditional mode of production capacity planning which is Vertical Integration with big and whole or small and whole can not adapt to quickly variable marketdemand characterized by 3C--Consumption Standard of Customers is rising continually,Competitions among business enterprises are turning worse increasingly, Changes of politics,economy and social environment are bigger and bigger--what Business Enterprises can do toquickly satisfy market demands are putting their energy into something the most nuclear and important and outsourcing businesses which enterprises are not good at, with making the best of outside resources. Thus, production capacity planning based on Supply chain is necessary for enterprises to reduce business risk and management cost and strengthen competitive ability. In this article, the author made a deep research and practice to production capacity planning under environments of supply chain management, after having analyzed synthetically status and development of supply chain management and production capacity planning both here and abroad. The thesis mainly includes the following content:Firstly, this article describe respectively mode of supply chain management from three aspects of Internal Integrated Supply Chain Management, External Integrated Supply Chain Management and Integrated Supply Chain Communities; clarify structure of supply chain system from design strategic and principle of supply chain system and design steps based on products. Elaborate basic theory of SCM by SCM concept, SCM content, SCM mode and structure of SCM system.Secondly, This article expounds analysis methods of production capacity by summary of production capacity, research to Discrete Manufacturing Enterprises in analysis methods of capacity, analysis of capacity under different production and research to strategic of Load Planning.Thirdly, on the basis of outsourcing production, this article establish the principle and methods of programming capacity under circumstances of Supply Chain Management by explain signification of programming capacity, basic problems which programming capacity need solve, steps of programming capacity, Quantitative assessment techniques of programming capacity, Limitations of traditional programming capacity, conversion old programming capacity into new one and strategic of outsourcing.Lastly, this article describe system frame of programming capacity from Fast company by setting up team of programming capacity, establishing its function and work program. This article also shows that the principle and methods of programming capacity under circumstances of supply chain are applied successfully in enterprise by a Mathematical Model with logical frame of software and User Interface, this mathematical model is developed by the author and used in software tool of capacity evaluation.
