Research Of Chain Manufacturing Resource Planning Based On Supply Sub-chain

Supply chain based manufacturing model has become the mainstream of manufacturing mode, but the supply chain affected by the market environment, there are many uncertainties; and numerous supply chain node enterprises, and the complexity of relationships, which have increased the supply chain the complexity and difficulty of manufacturing resources to implement the plan. This paper analyzes supply sub-chain(referred to as sub-chain) as an object, analyzes the supply chain environment, manufacturing resource planning, in order to analyze the implementation process of the supply chain and manufacturing resource planning application means. Sub-chain is a part of the complete supply chain is a partial supply chain. Although sub-chain contains many nodes companies, but the supply chain, these nodes can be seen as a corporate whole, jointly manufacture of certain parts of the supply chain of a product. On the basis of sub-chain, supply chain structure is simplified, when production tasks come to supply chain, supply chain manufacturing resource planning must be developed. When the supply chain developing manufacturing resource planning, this paper considers supply sub-chain as a whole to be convenient to transmit tasks and account productivity.Supply Chain Manufacturing Resource Planning based on sub-chain considers supply chain production planning as the main line, supply sub-chain as the object and expanded. The paper analysis supply chain hierarchical production planning model and integrated supply chain production planning model and the characteristics of business processes, combined with the characteristics of supply sub-chain, and proposed supply chain manufacturing resource planning model based on supply subchain, and studied the master production schedule(SC-MPS) of supply chain based on supply sub-chain, capacity planning, material requirements planning, and supply chain inventory. SC-MPS functions can link the material needs with the market demands and is the main line of the entire manufacturing resource planning; capacity planning is a key step to determine whether is SC-MPS reasonable; material requirements planning was formed to answer five basic questions, and is the SC- the key step in the process of MPS transmission; supply chain inventory model was proposed based on the supply sub-chain inventory models.Analysis of the role of manufacturing resource planning on the basis of the overall supply chain model, and to develop supply chain manufacturing resource planning based on nine principles. Traditional enterprise productivity and supply chain productivity based on supply sub-chain planned, highlighting the superiority of supply chain productivity based on supply sub-chain, and analyzes the sub-chain capacity affected by factors(production equipment, logistics and quality, technology level and production environment), proposed the relation between specific products based on supply chain, representing the product and the assumed product and supply chain accounting method(Working Hours Method), and application examples validate the feasibility work method of accounting supply chain productivity.The paper applied FAHP method to select the most optimal supply chain, conducted optimization of supply chain resource based on supply sub-chain, and illustrated the feasibility and practicality of the method using examples.
