With the arrival of information technology and knowledge economy,the whole manufacturing industry has changed greatly."Intelligent manufacturing" has become one of the key development fields of the advanced manufacturing industry in the future.With the advent of the era of intelligent manufacturing,manufacturing industry is facing the challenge of transformation from the competition among enterprises to the competition between supply chains.The difficulty and core of enterprise management under the competition of supply chain is the formulation of production plan.How to make a scientific and reasonable production plan is one of the most important tasks of the supply chain management.In view of the problems faced by the supply chain in the actual operation process,this paper studies and analyzes the construction and optimization of the supply chain production planning model from the perspective of reducing the total cost of the supply chain,shortening the response time of the product and reducing the carbon emissions of the supply chain in the operation process.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.Aiming at the problem of the complex network supply chain with the unified coordination center,the multi transport mode is considered on the basis of meeting the market supply and demand relationship and the production capacity of the enterprise.At the same time,the BOM structure of the product and the recycling of the old products are considered,and the model is built to minimize the total cost of the supply chain,and the model is reduced to reduce the total cost of the supply chain.The purpose of transportation cost between enterprises of different nodes.2.Aiming at the problem of supply chain production planning under uncertain environment,the triangle fuzzy number is used to describe the uncertain parameters,and the manufacturer's safety inventory of products and parts is considered.The minimum total cost of the supply chain is taken as the goal.Based on the reliability planning theory,a combination of fuzzy expected value programming and fuzzy chance constrained programming is established.By introducing credibility level,the planning model can transform the uncertain mathematical programming model into a deterministic model clearly and equivalently.3.Aiming at the problem of multi target supply chain production planning under multiple uncertain environment,from the point of view of the actual operation of the supply chain,the preference of the enterprise decision-makers on multiple optimization objectives is considered,with the minimum total supply chain cost,the shortest response time of the product and the minimum carbon emission in the supply chain in the operation process.Number and random number are used to describe uncertain parameters,and supply chain optimization model under multiple uncertain environment is established.Finally,an example is given to verify the validity and feasibility of the model and solution method in this paper.Through the solution of the model,the influence of the related factor changes on the enterprise decision-maker is analyzed,and the reference basis is provided for the enterprise decision-makers to make the production plan.
