Research On The Construction And Management Of Human Book Resources In University Library

As a new service model for the human library which enrich the service content of University Library,deep the chemical and knowledge-based services,promote the progress of scientific research in Colleges and universities,explore the tacit knowledge.More and more university libraries take the human library as a service.As the basis of developing live library services,strengthening the research on the construction and management of human book resources plays an important role in promoting the development of human library services.This paper takes the cconstruction and management of human book resources in University Library as the research object,and defines the concept of human library and human book resources.The development status and the domestic reviews and foreign humanl library,using the literature research method and network survey method and research status of the construction of the reality of library resources,on the basis of field survey study are the construction and manageent of humanl book resources of university library,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.The article suggests that university library should expand publicity channels,strengthen the publicity of human library,increase the number of human book resources,optimize the structure of human book resources,promote the standardized cataloguing of human books,and establish the long-term preservation mechanism of human books.
