| By adhering to the principle of knowledge sharing,open science facilitates the widespread dissemination of research findings,drives continuous reform in academic communication systems,and creates opportunities for the reorganization of library structures.As the creators and enhancers of research infrastructure,libraries play a vital role in this process,university library should act as the advocate,sponsor and provider of open science in the wider open science environment.The deepening of open science and the formation of environment provide an important opportunity for the in-depth exploration of scientific research.It provides scholars around the world with open,shareable,disseminable and reusable academic resources and knowledge.At present,the university library has changed in the aspects of service carrier,service channel,service content and service mode.The adjustment of human resource training system of university library is driven by the change of external environment and the innovation of internal business process.Therefore,as the external environment is gradually developing into an open science environment,the ability and quality of Chinese university librarians are not adapted to the current development trend,so it is urgent to optimize and innovate.This paper firstly analyzes the influence factors of open science environment on university library.Subsequently,this paper analyzes the current situation of university library staff in Nanning city,library training work and aspects to be optimized.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the training situation and needs of all library staff using SPSS statistical analysis software.Based on the analysis of the survey results,a human resources training plan system was developed for Nanning University Library.This system includes a training needs analysis,a training plan system design,a training evaluation system design,and a security system. |
