Open Government Data Platform Design Research In Hebei

With the advent of the era of big data,more and more people realize the importance of the data that can change the future life,work and study.Open government data can make more people and social organizations of the world use to the public data.They use these data to create new social value and economic value.Open government data can also break the information barriers between various government departments,improve the transparency of the government,enhance the government's responsibility,and improve work efficiency and management ability of the government.At the same time,the government can provide open government data programs to encourage social innovation,with driving the development of regional economy.At present,there are more than 100 countries or regions in the world have achieved the opening of government websites on-line work.There also have been 15 regions achieved the work of opening government data,which including Beijing and Shanghai.According to the latest policy document in Hebei Province,Hebei plans to implement the establishment of an open government data platform by the end of 2018.The paper is based on the study of the internal government data open platform to complete the design research of open Hebei government data platform.This paper studies the current situation of open government data at home and abroad,combined with the development of Hebei Province.The author tries to find out the advantages and deficiencies of in the open Hebei government data platform.Based on technology acceptance model on the basis of the corresponding indicators,the author has visited seven countries and regions' open government data portal,which including the United States,Britain,the Beijing.In order to form the basic platform framework model of Hebei.In chapter 5,the author based on the experience of the former 4 chapter constructs the design scheme of open government data platform in Hebei.
