With the rapid leap of the mobile networks in China from 3G to 5G,the amount of facilities of communication networks has increased.The primary aim for communication operators is to construct communication networks rapidly to occupy the market.And the important research orientation of communication networks construction is resources coordination,projects design and project progress control.All the above mentioned issues are the main points in the domain of project management progress.According to the current situation of the management the project of communication base stations,research on project management progress has been deeply embedded in the construction of the communication network.Therefore,it is virtual to manage project progress scientifically on the construction of communication engineering.This paper analyzes and solves the issues which affect the progress of base station construction,using the principle of dynamic control of project schedule control,the principle of information and network planning technology principle,established the Project of CMCC Rural Telecommunication Network with Satellite Communication System control process,the establishment of project management organization to control the progress of the project.Use dynamic monitoring method and use project progress report to control project schedule.In the implementation of project schedule control.via WBS(Work Breakdown Structures),CPM(Critical Path Method),PERT and other tools in project management progress.In conclusion,this paper significantly improves the performance of the construction progress of projects via problems detection and progress optimization.
