With the investment in state's power grid construction and the continuous development of distribution network scale,the requirements of business functions of distribution network software system by power grid companies are also increasing.As a supplier of power software industry,DF company faces great challenges in the progress of software development and implementation due to means of project management and company itself.This paper takes the distribution network software project developed by DF company for power grid companies as an example,analysis of problems by using survey reports and fishbone diagrams would help to find out the existed problems in the whole process of project schedule management in the process of project development and Implementation,applies PERT and CCPM to improve the schedule management method of DF company's software development project,and compares and analyzes the improvement effects of the two methods aiming at the company's current situation and problems of project schedule management in the process of software development and implementation.The CCPM in this paper uses a heuristic algorithm based on MinLS to solve resource constraints and introduces risk elasticity coefficient ?,position weight ? and task duration weight P to set different buffers to deal with factors that delay project progress by monitoring the buffers and to avoid critical chain jumping.This paper finds out the effective project management method and schedule management measures of DF's software development project of power distribution system in order to improve the efficiency of developers,users' s satisfaction with delivery schedule and product quality,help project leaders better control the project progress and further enhance DF's competitiveness in power software suppliers.The project duration has been decreased from 144 to 107,which greatly promotes the efficiency of project development.The research in this paper has certain guiding significance for DF company's project schedule management of distribution network software,but also has reference value for other software projects in the industry.
