Research On Business Process Reengineering Of Shaanxi People's Education Press

Education Publishing is an important industry in education media service education.When human history enters the 21 st century,with the rapid development of education informationization and digital education publishing,network operators,technology manufacturers and education and training institutions have entered the educational publishing industry in succession,and new kinds of business models and the modes of production have sprung up quickly,so that the upgrading of publishing industry is urgently needed to adapt to education reform.Under the background of the integration of traditional publishing and digital publishing,if education publishing wants to get out of the development predicament and meet the new demands which educational informationization places on educational media,we must change the publishing business and carry out business process reengineering a viable road to change.This research intends to select Shaanxi People’s Education Press,a subsidiary of Shaanxi Xinhua Publishing and Media Group,as the research object,take the of literature research,empirical research and case studies to discuss how the business process limits the education publishing.In addition,the study compares the targets of education publishing with the present publishing process which includes the topic choosing,draft compiling and auditing,draft processing and collating,graphic design,printing and storage and so on.Based on the above comparison,problems on the process can be found and then the improvement will be made.Furthermore,this research will conclude the new business process with the help of process reengineering tools and add related support systems to the process in order to complete the process reengineering.According to the process reengineering life cycle method,the author describes the steps of the business process and diagnoses the implied problems in order to design a more efficient process for the publishing business for Shaanxi People’s Education Press.The new publishing business achieves informationized production and management and provides references for Shaanxi People’s Education Press in pushing its publishing business closer towards informational education and digital publishing.
