Research And Implementation Of Process Bank In Financial Institutions

With the global economic integration and the deepening financial liberalization,the competition between various participants in the field of finance is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to meet the fierce market competition,and cultivate the core competitiveness of the banking industry,based on the theory of business process reengineering(BPR),American scholars first proposed the bank reengineering theory,and created a new model of commercial bank management in the 1990s.It requires banks,with the help of modern information technology,to abandon the traditional model of labor division on functions,re-designs and programs the bank's new management model and business processes,thereby reconstructs scientific processes and obtains the leading value and the core competitive advantage for banks.Process banking concept originated the rise of business process reengineering theory and the theory of reengineering the bank in the 1990's,which develops the new bank management mode with the core of process by reconstructing the bank's business processes,organizational processes,etc.Compared with the traditional banking department management system,process bank represents the development trend of commercial banks' institutional mechanisms reform,and has obvious competitive advantage.This article mainly analyzes banking process reengineering and platform realization as follows:First,based on theoretical analysis of the process bank establishment,the article points out the necessity,framework and basic method of the process bank establishment,and then proposed the process establishment methods and strategies of SDA bank,and protections needed.Second,adhere to customer-centric principle,the article studies to radically transform the existing traditional business processes and organizational structure in commercial banks and form a standardized system of financial management processes with the BPR process reengineering techniques.And it aims to reform the bank's business philosophy,values,thinking of work and management models to enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks.Third,the article,based on the existing financial process system,designs and implements process banking system by doing researches from all aspects,such as the workflow process design,platform architecture,the system function modular design and backstage module parameters management.On this basis,the article discusses the current management defects of Tianxin Rural Bank system,preparation for process bank establishment,construction of process bank system of Tianxin Rural Credit Cooperative,which greatly improves the bank's business philosophy,values,thinking of work and management models.The article has a positive theoretical and practical significance in enriching structural reform theory of commercial bank management system and mechanism reform of China's commercial banks.
