The Reserch And The Raelization Of Business Process Reengineering In Manufacturing BD Company

Because of the mixed company operations flow, there is a new challenge to the applicability of the ERP software. Manufacturing as an important part to the society also face the problem about: company operations optimize and system optimize. As an assistant tool to implement the ERP, BPR technic was widely certified, but it’s also have many problems in BPR modeling. This paper based on the ERP project with BPR modeling in BD company, analyse the informationization’s actuality in our country’s manufacturing, to find the problem and submit a technical solution. Analysis two popular BPR modeling mode about it’s applicability and deficiency, to stand out the advantage of the BPR modeling based on the operation flow chart. Based on Oracle EBS system, circumstantiate the 3-layer system framework about the EBS, analyse the Oracle Workflow engine ,the driver between Oracle EBS modules, include it’s framework; the run-logic; subassembly; flow elements and implement in EBS system, Expatiate the relation betwween the BPR modeling based on the operation flow chart and Oracle Workflow. Based on the ERP project on BD company, to lay out how to bulde the BPR model based on the basic information and requirement, deepen the advantage of this BPR modeling method by project effect analysis. The research keystone of this paper as follows: Analysis existent BPR modeling method that can’t fit the manage control of the company, submit a new conception of BPR modeling method basic on the Oracle Workflow technique and operation flow chart, expatiate the modeling concept and process, and to validate this modeling theory’s feasibility pass by the BD company project.
