Reengineer And Implement The Electronic Business Process Of Small And Medium-sized Foreign Trade Enterprises Based On BPM

With the development of society and the economy, the automation of business processes is constantly improved. To be able to adapt to today’s changing, foreign trade enterprises increasing emphasis on business process reengineering. However, many of China’s export-oriented enterprises still have many problems in their management. Based on the small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises carrying out this field research, the paper proposed to use information technology tools for business process management restructuring. On the basis of modeling theory, the paper designed and developed a process for the reorganization of the system of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises, the restructuring process management would solve their problems. By using this system, you can increase the level of enterprise’s management; improve the efficiency of business processes.During developing the small and medium sized foreign trade enterprise business process reengineering systems, the following works have been done:(1) Research the situation of business process reengineering management systems at home and abroad, analyze the problems of foreign trade companies that exist in the current process management, and then propose the method of using information technology to manage business process reengineering. Through accessing to the foreign information, study and understand the current status about the research of process reengineering systems.(2) Study the concept of modeling, analyze and design the programs of process reengineering. As for small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises, explain the details of the restructuring steps and refine the overall framework.(3) Work out the demand analysis of this system and design system’s architecture. The design includes system’s use cases, functions and database. The system contains four roles and three functional levels; each level includes several of functional modules. Roles include the super administrator role, business leaders, system administrators and ordinary users. Three levels include user layer, BPM layer and database layer. From the perspective of functional modules, user layer has the internal service module and external business module; BPM layer has a modeling module, an analysis and optimization module, an engine module and a background maintenance module; database layer has data management and a storage module. Through the combination of these functional modules, the whole system can help Business Process Reengineering work smoothly.(4) Implement the system. B/S framework, C# language and SQL Server 2000 database are used to implement the system. The paper introduces the main function of the system, including implementation of authentication, order management, stock management, contract management, risk management, and process data input and backup.(5) Test the system with black box testing. The test result shows that the system meets the needs of enterprise production management in function.(6) Summary the whole process of system development, and then come to the conclusion. In order to improve the system, explain the advantages and disadvantages of the system at the end of this paper.
