| The 41st Statistical Report on Internet Development in China shows that as of December 2017,the number of mobile Internet users reached 753 million,which fully shows that mobile phones have become the most important mobile media under the new media environment.In the mobile terminal,the most important channel for users to obtain news information is the mobile news client.Since the creation of the mobile news client,it has shown a trend of vigorous development.At present,major news clients have a clear positioning and a clear focus on their strategies.Under the premise of ensuring that content is king,they will pay more attention to interactive communication.This paper uses interactive communication as an entry point and Netease news client as the research object,divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction;The second chapter systematically reviews news client and interactive content;The third chapter analyzes the interface of Netease news client,including interface layout,interactive system,and draws the value of its interaction;The fourth chapter analyzes the interactive content of Netease news client.It mainly targets "Daily Easy" and "Today's Voice",and draws the characteristics of content interaction.The fifth chapter analyzes the main body of interaction and then analyzes the eight elements of interactive communication in detail.Through the use of related theories of journalism and communication,it analyzes the sources of news,the subjects of communication,the"codes" of gatekeepers,content,channels,Users "decoding",user interactive feedback and noise,and summarized the interactive communication process of Netease news client,forming an interactive communication mode diagram;The sixth chapter points out the inspiration and deficiency of Netease news client in interaction.Among them,the design of the interactive system lays the foundation for the generation of interactive content,and the process of generating the interactive content provides the basis for the exploration of the interactive mode.The study found that the interaction system of the Netease news client was perfect,the interactive reward mechanism was clear,and the original columns were established more successfully,further promoting the user's interactive behavior.Many users make use of various interactive ways and interactive columns to express their views,and give feedback on the content of the platform "small editor" and the code to form a multi-directional interaction.The interactive coding keeps repeating,making the whole interactive communication show a network of dynamic interactive mode.Summarizes the successful experience of the Netease news client in interaction,that is,providing a variety of interactive systems,setting up a clear reward mechanism,and creating original news sections.And pointed out its direction for improvement in the future,that is,the interactive form needs to be improved,the user's follow-up value needs to be improved,and the original news quality needs to be improved.These challenges will lead to continuous improvement in the interaction of news clients,which will further enhance users' stickiness and brand loyalty,and win more user base for platform interaction. |
