All along, due to the special political environment, China lacks a fully accommodate expression of public opinion. But with the penetration of digital technology and the Internet on daily life, new communication tools dispelling traditional information intermediaries, to a certain extent, promoting the Chinese political participation and democratic expression.News Reviews and microblogging has become a technology that allows ordinary people to participate in public affairs, express their views on that important channel. In the second chapter, I select the top hot news, and compare the title, subject, emotion and other attributes, then count datas. After that, I will analysis the main news comments, from the contents, the form, including topic relevance, verbal violence, appeals and other attributes. Through research on Netease news comments, I want to figure out in social transformation period, what the noisy thread mapping out ecological public space looks like. And, in Chinese context, if the public sphere is possible. Finally, I generally come to these discoveries. News comments involved with the media, the public and the government regulators, the news published still follows the multistakeholder law, media pursuits commercial interests, government maintain control over the media, as receivers of information, public have performance on information. News comments itself, bellowed public debating, will help make the fact clear, different opinions in the news comments interface collision intersection, forming an atmosphere grassroots democratic consultation. Even so, there are still shortages on the public domain formation and composition. To maintain the public domain, there is long way for China to go.
