| News client is also called the news APP, is service based on apple’s i OS, Android(Android) platform provides news and information, news services such as mobile applications. Users to download the application to the mobile terminal, establish connection with the server through the network, access to use. Because the news to the client is a convenient, accessible, real-time news reading, so it is used by more and more users. Netease news client on July 9, 2013 users has reached 120 million.so as the research object, Netease news client is of great significance.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, the paper mainly introduces the research background, purpose and research methods. The second part mainly introduces the development situation of netease news client including netease news client rise time background, competitor analysis and the development course, generalizes the history on netease news clients. The third part mainly analyzes the netease news present problems of the client. In this part, mainly from four angles to netease news client was analyzed, and pointed out the present problems. The fourth part mainly aims at the problem of the third part. In this part, based on the theory of 4 c marketing theory, from the user demand, cost, convenience and communication four angles, the solving measures are put forward.
