Nowadays,users are required the library services more and more refined.The traditional passive service to the library is difficult to meet the user's personalized information demand which like scientific research,teaching and learning.The embedded discipline service has been taken seriously by the major research institutes and developed rapidly because it integrated into the way of user life and work process,and can deeply excavate and predict users' needs.However,with the rise of this advanced service mode,the problem of quality evaluation of embedded subject service is becoming more and more obvious.The traditional library service is passive.Therefore,monitoring and evaluation of its service quality can have fixed evaluation data sources,such as the number of visitors to the library,lending volume,user opinions and so on.However,due to the innovative development of its service mode,the traditional way of evaluation can not comprehensively and effectively monitor and evaluate its quality and effectiveness.In order to set up a comprehensive and effective evaluation system of service quality monitoring,evaluation and feedback for embedded subject services,this paper introduces the 360 degree feedback evaluation method to the construction of evaluation system and give full play to the advantages of the comprehensive assessment,the subjective opinion and the objective assessment are combined to set up the evaluation index.AHP is used to quantify the weight of each assessment index.With MATLAB software,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to quantify the survey data and determine the comprehensive assessment level of the assessment targets.The whole idea of writing in this study is to explain the basic content of this study,such as the purpose and significance.Summarize the current research situation at home and abroad to understand the existing problems in the present study.A survey of the common research methods found that the advantages and disadvantages of each method lay the foundation for the writing of this article.After that,an evaluation model of embedded subject service quality based on the 360 degree feedback evaluation method is established.The interview and questionnaire survey data were calculated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the evaluation results were obtained.Meanwhile,the assessment conclusions were drawn,and the improvement strategies were put forward based on the actual situation.In this study,six chapters are set up,and the detailed contents of each part are as follows.The first chapter is the introduction,focusing on the background and significance of this article,the current research situation at home and abroad,and the research methods andinnovations of this research.The second chapter mainly defines the related concepts in this study,analyzes the representative evaluation models,and interprets the 360 degree feedback evaluation method.The third part mainly carries out the construction of the assessment model in this study.After comprehensively analyzing the applicability of the 360 degree feedback evaluation method in the field of embedded subject service quality evaluation,we determine the assessment dimensions,subjects and assessment scope of the evaluation subjects according to their characteristics.The fourth chapter is the construction of assessment system and the calculation method of weight and comprehensive evaluation.The fifth chapter makes an empirical study on the evaluation system built in this study and analyzes the problems according to the results,and puts forward the improvement measures.The sixth part is the innovation point of this paper,the shortcomings of the research process and the future prospect of this study.
