Evaluation of the overall quality of teachers is an important guarantee for the development of education, as well as a main tool to understand the working conditions of school teachers, the evaluation of teaching results. The quality of teachers is the key factor to ensure the quality of the secondary occupation education. Not a quality evaluation system to guide, not considering the occupation education enthusiasm, not to pay attention to teachers’ development prospects, is only to assess their evaluation system, will greatly harm the teachers work enthusiasm and passion. The establishment of evaluation system of teachers’ comprehensive quality in a reasonable and objective indicators, and combine the system and computer technology, will play a key role to improve the level of teacher evaluation in secondary vocational schools.This article uses AHP and establishes the evaluation index system of comprehensive quality of Vocational College Teachers’ fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analyzes the academic quality, and other aspects of teaching, multi angle. Related factors of students, teachers and experts from three parties scoring evaluation, finally obtains the comprehensive and reasonable evaluation results, so as to achieve scientific, reasonable, simple and feasible. The method of obtaining comprehensive information, and a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of teachers in vocational schools, the credibility of the conclusion, and to improve the evaluation system reform of secondary vocational school teachers has important significance.This thesis constructs the corresponding software system. This system adopts B/S mode, using WEB as application layer, database using SQL Server 2008. In this thesis, through the analysis of demand, calculation of the application of scientific method, expert evaluation, mutual evaluation between teachers and students to evaluate the comprehensive treatment, and calculated according to the evaluation content of weight proportion, obtained the final comprehensive evaluation results, which ensure the impartiality and fairness of evaluation of the comprehensive quality of teachers to a certain extent. After the completion of the evaluation, students, teachers, experts can visit their own users to view the evaluation results, which makes the comprehensive evaluation results to the public, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the overall quality of teachers. Complete the design of the evaluation system of the comprehensive quality, will be basic functions through a simple page, the method is simple, intuitive and convenient display results.
