There are more people beginning to watch videos on the Internet, and video sites are also increasing quickly. But there are limited video sites available for people, many of which are insalubrious video sites. Based on the information above, An effective method which can find video sites automatically and judge them is in urgent need.In order to study on automatic discovery for video sites and evaluation methods for them, plenty of work has been done. finally, there are several conclusions in the following:First, the method which can find video sites automatically has been proposed in this essay, it’s mainly based on keywords expansion. There are four basic ways during the process of keywords expanding, which are recommended keywords by instant search, related keywords which search engines return, keywords in meta tags and keywords in navigation based on vision. In the research, experiments of keywords expanding have been carried out for50times. the experiments shows that30initial keywords expand to1430on average, meanwhile the average amount of video sites found is8299. The result of Auto-find experiments shows that it is valid and efficient.Second, six indicators for video sites evaluation have been designed and accom-plished, this paper extends the existing site evaluation criteria based on proposed six in-dicators for the video sites assessment, which includes content richness, content rating, index degree, Alexa ranking, population of content and video quality. Content richness is the category and quantity of videos in video sites. Content rating is the rating of videos from Douban. Index degree is numbers which exists in search result. Population of content is the numbers of view and review about videos in video sites.Third, the method of video sites’ evaluation has been proposed based on Deci-sion Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL), Analytic Hierarchy Pro-cess(AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method(FCEM). First of all, every importance of criteria would be acchieved by DEMATEL. then, according to AHP, this essay compute weights for each criteria, after which consistency ratio(CR) has been computed in order to verify the rationality of AHP. The result shows that CR=0.060<0.1, which means it is fairly consistent. Finally, the final result of evaluation has been gained by FCEM, which is youku>sohu>letv>iqiyi>qqvideo>kankan. Besides, other methods have been compared to method proposed in this essay, the result shows that method proposed in this essay is more accurate and effective.
