With the coming of the information age,all kinds of we-media platforms are emerged.People begin to use a new way to obtain information,which has affected the original library information service mode to a certain extent.The we-media platform provides a broader world for the information service of University Library and realizes the development of information.Because of the convenience and timeliness of Wechat,it has become one of the main media APP in our daily life.Many libraries in China are following the trend to open a WeChat account as an official account,but the quality of the service is not satisfactory.Without timely adjustment,resources will not be maximized.Therefore,official account is set up for WeChat public number of university library.The quality of WeChat public account in university library is evaluated,and the result is analyzed.The problems are found.Corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of service and ensure the maximum number of WeChat official account in university library.User use.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the quality and principle of WeChat official account in university libraries,and makes an empirical study by using the evaluation index system.This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the research on WeChat official account service in university libraries,summarizes the literature on the use of self media platform in universities and colleges,and lists a series of related concepts of the evaluation index system of WeChat official account in university libraries.Secondly,official account official account is set up,and the initial index system framework of the WeChat public address service quality is constructed according to the factors and principles of WeChat official account service quality in university libraries.The quality evaluation index system of WeChat public address in university library is established through literature analysis,expert survey and questionnaire survey.The weight is calculated by AHP.Finally,the article selects the digital library members of Hunan Province as the research object,conducts an empirical study on the official account of WeChat official account,and evaluates the research objects by using the WeChat service quality evaluation index system in the University Library above.The AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to analyze the evaluation results,so as to verify the evaluation index.The applicability and rationality of the standard system,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the library information service,and support the follow-up construction and development.
