Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method In Sichuan The Polytechnical Oa System Evaluation And Implementation

The application of OA (Office Automation) system is an important part of the information process for colleges, which improves office efficiency and saves cost greatly. On the other hand, it can always have some bugs or defects when running a system, therefore, evaluating the system accurately is very significant for using the evaluation result to make decisions and improve the system.Based on the study of the system evaluation theory and the evaluation demand of the OA system of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College, the following problems are solved to make the evaluation process integrated:First, in the thesis, the system evaluation theory, including the concept, the significance and mathematical model, is studied. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the demand and purpose of the evaluation on the OA system, the scheme of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the mathematical model and using the AHP as the weight determine method is selected and an unabridged and operable evaluation process is also constructed.Second, the system developing theory and methods are introduced in order to solve the development of the evaluation system. The comparison of C/S and B/S pattern is studied and the latter is chosen. In this thesis, the concepts and functions of ASP.NET and the SQL Server 2005 Express database are also presented.Third, the system to evaluate OA system is designed and developed. The system architecture, function model and database structure are constructed after analyzing the demands of different evaluation system user groups. The system combines the mathematical model and software develop to integrate the system evaluation process and to make the evaluation functions enabled. To reduce the wrong operations beyond one's authority and to provide objective and precise information to the evaluation system, it has the function of assigning different roles and permissions to different users. The system also provides function for OA experts to add or delete evaluation indicators to construct the indicator system and function to build proposal database, which is in canonical form to each second class indicators and can lead to a proposal report based on the evaluation result.Last, the OA system of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College is evaluated through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the evaluation system developed in this thesis. The analysis of the evaluation demand and contents are determined after the presentation of the OA system; then the evaluation indicators and their weights, the evaluation results are introduced. Two problem identification models are used to find the defects of the OA system and proposals to indicators with poor performance are presented.
