Objective:The SD rats were subjected to acute soft-tissue injury using a hitting method.After the model was successfully established,SD rats were given normal saline,Qili san,and zheng's dangui-san.To observe the effects of Zheng's danggui-san group on skin temperature,damage symptom index,muscular muscular histological,and NO content in tissues after acute soft tissue injury in SD rats,and to explore the therapeutic effects of Zheng's danggui-san group on acute soft tissue injuries.In order to further improve Professor Zheng Huaixian's prescription medicine system and lay a solid foundation for its clinical application.Method:72 seven-week-old male SD rats were divided into three groups by random number method.According to different gavage medicines,they were divided into A,B,and C groups:A group(blank group control group)use normal saline;group B(Qili san control group),use Qili san;C group(Zheng's danggui-san group experimental group),use Zheng's danggui-san group.72 rats were subjected to acute soft tissue injury of the right thigh using a percussion method,and the rats were gavage twice a day in the morning and evening.Rats were recorded daily for body weight,skin temperature,and damage symptom index.The SD rats were obtained at the four time points on the first,third,seventh,and twelfth days after modeling,and the NO content and muscular histological changes in the tissues were measured and analyzed by spss19.0 to anlyzing relevant data.Results:(1)Body weight:The body weights of the three groups gradually increased with time,and there was no significant difference in body weight between the three groups.(2)Skin temperature:The skin temperature difference between the three groups gradually decreased with time.On the first day,there was no significant difference in skin temperature between the three groups(P>0.05).On the third day,there was a statistically significant difference between the Zheng's danggui-san group group and the Normal saline group(P<0.05).On the seventh day,there was a statistically significant difference between the Qili san group and the Zheng's danggui-san group with the Normal saline group(P<0.01).On the twelfth day,the Qili san group was compared with the Normal saline group(P<0.01),with statistical significance.Zheng's danggui-san group and Normal saline group(P<0.05),statistically significant.(3)Damage Symptom atology index:The Damage Symptom atology index between the three groups gradually decreased with time.On the first day,there was no significant difference in skin temperature between the three groups(P>0.05).On the third day,there was a statistically significant difference between the Zheng's danggui-san group and the Normal saline group(P<0.05).On the seventh day,the Qili san group was compared with the Normal saline group(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance.The Zheng's danggui-san group was compared with the normal Normal saline group(P<0.01),and there was significant statistical significance.On the twelfth day,the Qili san group was compared with the Normal saline group(P<0.05),and it was statistically significant.Compared with the Normal saline group,the Zheng's danggui-san group had a statistically significant difference(P=0.001<0.01).(4)Muscular histological:Microscopic observation:As time went on,inflammatory cell infiltration,degree of vascular congestion,and myofiber degeneration and necrosis were gradually reduced between the three groups.The degree of reduction in both the Danggui-san group and Qili san group was better than that of physiology.Normal saline group.Microscopic scoring results:The three groups of microscopic scores decreased over time.On the first day,there was no statistical difference in the microscopic score between the three groups(P>0.05).On the third day,there was a statistically significant difference between the Zheng's danggui-san group and the Normal saline group(P<0.05).On the seventh day,the Zheng's danggui-san group was compared with the Normal saline group(P<0.01),and there was significant statistical significance.On the twelfth day,Zheng's danggui-san group and Normal saline group were compared(P<0.01),there was significant statistical significance;Qili san group and Zheng's danggui-san group(P<0.05),there was statistical significance.(5)NO content in the tissues:comparison three groups:The contents of NO in the tissues of the Zheng's danggui-san group,Qili san group and Normal saline group gradually decreased with time.On the first day,the Qili san group was compared with the Zheng's danggui-San group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.On the third day,there was statistically significant difference between Qilisan and Zheng's danggui-san group and Normal saline(P<0.01).On the seventh day,there was a statistically significant difference between the Zheng's danggui-san group and the Normal saline group(P<0.01).On the twelfth day,the Zheng's danggui-san group was compared with the Normal saline group(P<0.01),there was significant statistical significance;Qiqisan group was compared with the Normal saline group(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance.Compared with Qilisan group,P=0.004<0.01 had significant statistical significance.Conclusion:(1)Zheng's danggui-san group on SD rats acute soft tissue injury can improve the symptoms and signs of injury,has a significant effect on tissue repair;(2)Zheng's danggui-san group can effectively inhibit the formation of excessive NO in tissues,can reduce the inflammatory cells in the tissue Infiltration,improve vascular congestion,tissue degeneration and other related soft tissue damage symptoms,and promote the repair of soft tissue injury.
