Research purposes:This experiment by studying the symptomology changes after injury of soft tissue,Hemorheology detection and morphological analysis,explore the Zheng ' s Jin Dao-San scattered to guide the therapeutic effect of acute soft tissue injury in rats and its mechanism of action,clinical treatment of acute soft tissue injuries to the Zheng's Jin Dao-San guide to provide theoretical support.Methods:Select three months 96 male SD rats,and randomly divided into four groups(each group of 24): build module(Zheng's Jin Dao-San group,,Qi Li-San group,model control group),blank control group,then each group rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group of six.After the completion of the group to build module to build mold,then drugs or saline lavage treatment.In building 1,3,7,10 days after the day at 9 am on each group take 6materials in rats,take injured limb local muscle tissue for histomorphology analysis,take the blood test blood rheology.Results:(1)soft tissue injury symptom index score: experiment 1 day,3 days,the comparison between model group,no significant difference(P > 0.05);Within 7 days,no obvious difference between drug groups(P > 0.05),and Zheng's Jin Dao-Sanered group no obvious difference compared with model control group(P > 0.05),Qi Li-San away group compared with model control group,significant difference(P < 0.05),made significant difference between module and the blank control group(P < 0.05);Within 10 days,Zheng ' s Jin Dao-Sangroup and Qi Li-San away in each phase comparison(P > 0.05),while no significant difference,no statistical significance.Drug group compared with model control group,respectively is very significant difference(P < 0.01),there is highly statistically significant.Building modules respectively with the blank control group in experiment 1,3,7,10 days there were significant differences(P < 0.05).(2)the histomorphology: build module tissue section morphology of rats score with the passage of time gradually decreases,which the fall of two groups of drug group compared with model control group.Day 1,the modelgroup rats histomorphology score was no significant difference,the model group and blank control group with significant difference(P < 0.05).Third day,drug group was no significant difference between(P > 0.05);Drug group compared with model control group with significant difference(P < 0.05);Building modules respectively compared with blank control group with significant difference(P < 0.01).7 days,the drug was no significant difference between group(P > 0.05),drug group compared with model control group with significant difference(P < 0.05),building modules,respectively,compared with blank control group with significant difference(P < 0.01).10 days,comparison between drug group no significant difference(P > 0.05),drug group compared with model control group with significant difference(P < 0.05),building modules,respectively,compared with blank control group with significant difference(P < 0.01).(3)the blood rheology indexes: experiment 1 day made the module in the rat blood rheology indexes except erythrocyte deformation index is lower,the rest of the indicators are rising trend;Build module index compared with the blank group had significant difference(P < 0.05).In experiment 3 days drug group of erythrocyte deformation data is on the rise,the rest of the indicators,the drug group rats blood data is on the decline.Drug group compared with model control group,each index has the obvious difference(P < 0.05),building modules each index compared with the blank group has significant difference(P < 0.05);Within 7 days,build modules in addition to the RBC deformation index is rising trend,the rest of the indicators have varying degrees of decline,and cut in the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deposited in the index,reinforcement lead levels fall scattered groups more than Qi Li-San away,but no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Building modules each index compared with the blank group has significant difference(P < 0.05);Within 10 days,drug group had fallen to the indicators,and Zheng's Jin Dao-Sanered groups in the whole blood viscosity low cut,cut,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index in the index is lower than Qi Li-San group,but no significant difference(P > 0.05)between,drug group and the blank control group in the whole blood high shear viscosity,low cut,cut,blood plasma viscosity index and model control group with significant difference(P < 0.05),no obvious difference was found between the rest of the indicators.Conclusions:(1)the Zheng's Jin Dao-Sanare scattered and Qi Li-San powder can significantly improve acute soft tissue injury in rats after heat,symptom of inflammatory reaction such as redness,swelling,pain,has better anti-inflammatory and analgesic function;(2)the Zheng ' s Jin Dao-Sanscattered and Qi Li-San powder can effectively reduce inflammatory cells,reduce tissue edema,accelerate the tissue repair;(3)the Zheng's Jin Dao-Sanscattered with Qi Li-San powder can improve the rat acute soft tissue injury after state of blood viscosity,improve blood circulation,has a good promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis;Zheng ' s Jin Dao-Sanscattered promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis role may be related to increase the permeability of capillaries,erythrocyte rheology,anti-platelet aggregation and inhibition of fibrinogen generated.
