Research On Quality Management Scheme Optimization Of Nuclear Island Construction In H Nuclear Power Plant

The third-generation AP1000 nuclear power technology with advantages of safety reliable and design simplified and technology improvement is applied to the construction of H Nuclear Power Plant(hereinafter referred to as NPP).Nuclear Island(hereinafter referred to as NI)project as the most important in nuclear power plant,its construction quality affects the completion of the whole plant quality objectives in construction period.The H NPP NI project construction quality management scheme has many problems,and puts forward the optimization countermeasure,thus improves the construction quality management level of the NPP NI project,and provides a good quality management basis for the follow-up project,and provides a good reference for similar construction management.Based on the theoretical knowledge such as project quality management and project quality management,using literature research method and practical investigation,by introducing,digesting and absorbing the American advanced nuclear power construction quality management experience,this paper studies and analyzes the issues of plan of construction NI quality management,and provides reasonable optimization,which can improve quality management organization,management procedures,management methods to fixing the management flaws,the applicability of the quality management for H NPP NI construction has been improved.Firstly,the paper shows that unclear responsibility,not reasonable relationship,not effective communication and not reasonable working relationship are existed in the present management organization;this paper studies and analyzes the issues of procedure of NI quality management by cause and effect diagram and RCA,the studies shows that execution and understanding of existing procedure are not enough,and insufficient training,the programming,audit of procedure are not refine,which lead to the problems of management procedure;this paper studies and analyzes the issues of methods of NI quality management by column diagram and experience feedback method,the studies shows that insufficient execution of management method,low participation experience feedback and not enough personnel quality consciousness are the main cause of management problems.Secondly,the paper optimizes organization,procedures and methods according to present problems.In the aspect of management organization,this paper optimizes organization by multi-level structure of construction quality management,the structure of site project management organization,the responsibility of site project management organization and organization communication of site project management organization;In the aspect of management procedure,this paper optimizes construction quality control procedure and nonconforming items control procedure by programming,audit and process of procedures;In the aspect of management methods,this paper optimizes inspection and test plan management and experience feedback method.Finally,the paper studies the desired effect of optimization plan.By planning,implementation,inspection,providing issue disposition method,improving quality management organization,management procedures,management methods to fixing the management flaws,the applicability of the quality management for H NPP NI construction has been improved.Meanwhile,the present quality management of construction projects does meet the field management requirements,catch the desire effect of plan,and meet the requirement of construction management.
