The Research Of Stakeholder Relationship Management In The Civil Engineering Project Of FCG Nuclear Island

This paper took as example the management offirst-stage nuclear island civil engineering project of FCG nuclear electrical power plant,from the contractor which is Chinese Nuclear Industry Huaxing Construction Company Limited of nuclear island civil engineering project,to identify all stakeholders in the nuclear island civil engineering project and to provide some understanding ofthe relationship between stakeholders and their management model in the present nuclear island civil engineering project.By analyzing the current management situation of nuclear island civil engineering project and the existing problems,this paper utilized the stakeholder theory to optimize the management strategy and then suggested that the long-term partnership between the business employer(or the supervisor)and the qualified contractor should be constructed.Meanwhile,on the basic of three requirements of high-levelly satisfying nuclear island civil engineering project's quality,progress and security,the existing problems should be avoided that includes the success in bidding at low price,the excessive shift of contract,the frequent disputes in business negotiation.This paper finally searched a relatively practical model for managing the stakeholders in the nuclear island civil engineering project,to improve project management level of nuclear power engineering,also could be used for reference to their future management model.
