Study On The Progress Management Of Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Unit 3 And Unit 4 Nuclear Island Civil Engineering Project Based On The Key Chain Technology

Schedule management is one of the core content of project management,on the premise of quality and cost,ensure project time limit for a project completed on schedule,however,the progress of the traditional management methods due to the lack of its own theory system,lead to occur in the process of practical engineering applications such as schedule delay,invest more and more problems such as cost overruns,how to effectively manage the project schedule has become a hot spot of research.This paper USES the project progress management theory,key chain theory,constraint theory,combined with the characteristics of a nuclear island civil engineering project,from the perspective of construction party progress management,from the theoretical model and case analysis two aspects of how to apply the key chain method to the construction progress of the problem is systematically studied:First of all,from the determination of the critical chain and buffer set two parts of key chain determine the principle and content of the comprehensive analysis,and put forward the corresponding critical chain schedule plan model,and then monitoring and organizational structure of the buffer management are studied,based on the critical chain method of progress control model,the study implements the three-dimensional study of the principle of the critical chain technology application,break through the traditional regular schedule management research train of thought,from the theoretical level of critical chain method is applied to the project schedule management system has carried on the comprehensive analysis and research,and presents a feasible construction model.This paper summarizes the relevant theories of project management and expounds the significance of construction project management.On this basis,combining with the actual nuclear civil engineering project schedule management,describes the defects of present project progress management,and puts forward the improved method,combining with engineering practice,the analysis methods of schedule control and the effect,form is suitable for the effective nuclear construction project management system,and provide some help and reference for other similar projects.
