Research On Quality Management Of Civil Construction Of Nuclear Power Plant

Under the environment of energy saving,emission reduction and nuclear power export,China's nuclear power industry is in a period of vigorous development.People pay more and more attention to the safe operation and quality assurance of nuclear power plants.High quality engineering quality brings great profits to enterprises and positive social benefits to the public.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on quality management.Based on the civil engineering of nuclear power plant,this paper introduces the contents and characteristics of the civil construction quality management of nuclear power plant,investigates and analyzes the existing problems in the quality management and the reasons for the problems,and analyzes the influence mechanism of quality management optimization through the construction of SEM structural equation model.Then according to the analysis conclusion combined with the total quality management theory and the refined management theory,put forward the optimal countermeasures to the construction quality management status of the nuclear power plant.Finally,through the list of the case analysis of the improvement of the quality of the reinforced mechanical connection in the taishan nuclear power plant,the feasibility of the optimal countermeasures is demonstrated.The research and optimization suggestions in this paper are of reference for the quality management of civil construction of subsequent nuclear power plants.They can better improve the quality of follow-up engineering entities and the quality management level of enterprises,and have positive significance for improving the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises.At the same time,it has also enriched the method of quality management for civil construction of nuclear power plants and promoted the perfection of China's quality management theory system for nuclear power plants.
