With the gradual development and expansion of enterprise scale and the continuous advancement of enterprise informatization,major enterprises will encourage and urge employees to continuously update their knowledge structure through learning as an important work to promote the better development of enterprises.How to effectively and reasonably manage the learning of enterprise employees is crucial to the development of the enterprise.The traditional centralized training and learning method not only requires the organization of personnel to spend a lot of time and money looking for places to organize learning and training work,but also requires the employees to participate in learning on time,which is obviously not suitable for the development of modern enterprises,Adopting network learning training management will make the management of employee learning more efficient and convenient.Aiming at the training management problems of enterprise employees,the thesis selects an object-oriented development language,uses Jersey framework,Angular Js front-end technology,Nginx load balancing and Redis cache design to realize an enterprise employee training management system,RESTful design style of the system makes the realization of the system function lighter and simple.The main work and achievements in this thesis are as follows:(1)According to the specific needs of enterprise employees' training management,a system needs analysis was carried out,and the system design was given based on the needs analysis.In the design process,the design idea and specific implementation are shown in the forms and diagrams,and the database design of the system is shown in the form of E-R diagram and system database table.(2)The information training management system realizes the function of setting up and managing the learning information,The specific modules are curriculum management,examination paper management and training management.There are some small modules in each module,which are connected with each other.The features of the system are to provide the ability model for employees to learn,develop a knowledge guide plan,and to send messages to employees in real time.(3)Completed the development and testing of the information training management system,provided the preparation of test cases,and the problems found in the test are solved and improved,and finally the system performance is more perfectand the user experience is higher.Information training management system is a software system with high application value,which provides a better employee learning management platform for enterprises.The development and operation of the system not only enhance the individual ability of employees,but also bring higher benefits to the company.
