Under the background of the fierce competition of national radio and television media and the emergence of new media,human resources are the first resources to support the development of radio and television industry.How to manage talents is very important for the long-term development of YZ radio and television group.The most important link of talent management is to lay a solid foundation for talents and establish an effective employee training system.An effective employee training system is conducive to improving the post competency and professional quality of employees,enhancing the centripetal force and cohesion of Group employees,shaping excellent corporate culture,and ultimately achieving a win-win situation for both groups and individuals.This paper studies the training system of YZ radio and television group,aiming to find out the existing problems in the training system,and puts forward the specific optimization scheme based on the actual situation.In this research,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the group's human resources and staff training system,and on this basis,design the questionnaire survey content to collect information and analyze the problems and deficiencies of the current staff training system of YZ radio and television group.According to the requirements of the development of YZ radio and Television Group for talents,this paper puts forward the general principles and basic ideas of optimizing the staff training system,and gives the optimization scheme design from the four aspects of training organization system,process system,curriculum system and training teachers,and expounds the specific optimization measures in detail,obtains the optimized staff training system scheme,and finally puts forward the group based on the actual situation of YZ radio and television group The specific safeguard measures in optimizing the staff training system.The research work of this paper is based on the author's many years of experience in radio and television industry and the analysis of the theory of staff training at home and abroad.The research results are based on the data analysis of the internal questionnaire survey of YZ radio and television group,which is of great significance to help YZ radio and television group to establish a more reasonable and optimized staff training system and promote the overall development of its staff.At the same time,it is of great significance to the staff training of China's Radio and television industry The theoretical research of training work provides certain reference value.
