Electronic signature is an effective way to solve the problem of electronic file security.As a standard for format files,PDF(Portable Document Format)files have high-quality screen display effects,efficient compression capabilities,and good cross-platform features.It has been widely used in e-commerce and e-government systems at home and abroad,so it is of great significance to study the PDF electronic signature technology that meets the requirements of domestic e-government and e-commerce systems.There are some problems with the domestic PDF electronic signature products,such as relying on PDF reader software,unable to realize customizable signature and verification forms,unable to support diversified electronic seals,and lacking the conversion function of converting other format files into PDF format files,so this paper has conducted in-depth analysis and research on several key technologies,and proposes a new design and implementation scheme of PDF electronic signature control,which effectively solves the above problems.In addition,this paper puts the PDF electronic signature control into the collaborative office system,and proposes the design and implementation of the PDF electronic signature collaborative office system,which effectively solves the problem of official documents security.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the problems existing in PDF electronic signature products.Aiming at the problem that PDF electronic signature products rely on PDF reader software,this paper proposes and implements a PDF reader container based on Windows Forms technology and PDF document parsing technology.For the issue that the electronic signatures generated for the PDF electronic signature products can only be verified on the specific client software,this paper proposes and implements the solution based on the PDF standard to construct the PDF electronic signature object.And in view of the fact that electronic signatures in PDF electronic signature products cannot effectively combine electronic seals,this paper proposes and implements a solution to establish a communication protocol between server and control to complete the combination of PDF electronic signature and electronic seal.Then,based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)technology and Active X control technology,this paper integrates the above solutions into the control,designs and implements the PDF electronic signature control,and also effectively solves the problem of customizable signature and verification of PDF documents.Finally,aiming at the limitation of the office mode and the security of the official documents in the current Web collaborative office systems,this paper proposes a design scheme based on the signature room on the basis of the PDF electronic signature control,and finally realizes the PDF electronic signature collaborative office system,which effectively solves the security problem of official documents in the Web collaborative office systems.The PDF electronic signature control designed and implemented in this paper has been applied to the Shenyang government e-government office system.
