| With the continuous deepening of national informationization,more and more documents need to be processed online,a Web-based Office control and official document electronic signature system is developed to realize online preview,editing,typesetting and saving of Office documents and electronic signature,online red sets,trace retention,etc.of Official document have great commercial value and application prospects.This paper mainly does three aspects of work,one is to use COM component technology,using Visual C++,VBA and other programming languages to achieve an ActiveX control based on Microsoft DSOFramer;Second,the use of VBA,PHP and other programming languages to achieve the official document electronic signature,Online red sets,etc.;third,the test system was developed by WAMP to test the project.The functions of the whole project are: online editing and saving of Word,Excel and PPT documents in Office,PDF document online reading;all users retain the traces of document content and format modification;the official document template red set,and can also support tabs and right-click fixed format layout,support for resolutions,announcements,notices,requests,letters,etc.15 kinds of official document template settings;official document electronic signature;word number,secret level and other of the official document form settings,according to the official document type to generate standard PDF documents,etc..The electronic signature function of this project will store the official seal in the database and use VBA to access the remote database to realize the signature.Compared with the public and private key encryption using PKI,the efficiency is improved and the security is guaranteed.The fixed format layout function greatly improves the efficiency of official document layout.After detailed testing,the results of this project can be integrated into various information systems and cloud platform products to realize online processing of documents. |
