The Research And Realization Of The Key Technology On The Office Automation System Based On Lotus Notes

This thesis begins with the analysis of the three questions faced and needed to be solved in the course of the present office automation system practical application: vestige reservation; authorized management; digital signature. Then on the foundations of deep analysis of the three questions, the author comes up with the suggested answer to the questions and the realization of technologies based on Lotus Notes through vestige reservation of DCOM and VBA, dynamic authorized mechanism based on entity along with digital signature and encrypted algorithm based on the quadratic residue. After careful study on the above key technologies, the author constitutes the experimental model of the Nantong University Office Automation and applies the methods expounded and the realization technologies in the documentary modules, thereby proves the effectiveness of these methods and technologies. Finally, this thesis gives a summary, presenting some questions to need further study in this field and looking into the future development of the office automation system. The work of this thesis provides the theory and technology for the research and development of the office automation system, which will be helpful and useful for the daily works of practical application of office automation.
