| With the development of Information-Technology, especially the computer technology which is represented by network communication technology provides large space for the development of OA. In traditional transaction processing of office business, signature and seal play an important role. By the increasingly development of digital government affair system and OA system, the authorizing of digital document and the implement of digital seal present more advanced condition to people cooperating with each other. Discussing how to protect the security of the digital document become urgently important and researching the implement of digital seal system integrating with document transmission has important purpose. Basing on the above demands, we development the digital seal system based on the document transmission, and it will be introduced and explained in our thesis.By researching the traditional characteristics of signature and seal, and integrating with the demand of digital government affair system for digital and seal, the thesis basing on the security technology of digital government affair system, private key infrastructure technology, seal digital image, ActiveX control and so on, implements the digital seal system based on the document transmission. The system identifies the identity of the user by the fixing the public key certificate on the digital seal, in order to assure the affirming of the user identity by the third party CA technology.
