With the in-depth application of information technology, especially the computer network technology in each field, the office automation has already become a kind of trend and developing direction, the electronic official document has already substituted the traditional official document paper, which has been more and more important in official business. the question how to guarantee the security of the electronic official document with bringing convenience seems urgent day by day. Electronic seal signature technology has been put forward under this background, and this technology becoming a difficult point in the field of information security and computer application.USBKey is the hardware equipment with a USB interface. There is a built-in intelligent card chip offers safe protection from the system and hardware aspect directly, so, we can make sure the safety of the key information's security which stored in the USBKey. With the excellent memory and cryptology performance of USBKey, we can make it as the carrier of certificates and private key in digital seal system to offer effective assurance uniqueness and the security for user.Multiple- signature is a special kind of digital sign. The characteristic of this digital sign make it can be used in a lot of field, in this text, we study the meaning and come true of Multiple- signature systematically, combine ActiveX technology and relevant knowledge of cryptography, we and design a new electronic seal system. Our research is helpful to come true and use the electronic stamped signature, and it has a higher practical value and good market prospects.This thesis has introduced the background of the whole project and basal knowledge of electronic seal signature at first, then we putting forward three disadvantages of current system, which are integrality of the file, seal security, function perfect, as the research direction and thinking of research. In the second part, we introduce the modern cryptography, PKI and digital signature technology, which have offered excellent support for the research and development of application. In the third part, we designed the new solution. The fourth part, on the basis of analyze the electron seal signature function demand, we divide the whole system into three pieces of module: Seal making and management the module, digital signature & authentication module, Word inset module, and provide the detailed design plan of each module. In The fifth part, we provide particular presentation to the realization of each module in the design plan, and combine the actual effect of official document circulation system shown the electronic seal signature system. At last, we have analyzed the performance of this system and proposed the follow-up study direction.
