Design And Implementation Of The Electronic Document Office System Based On SOA

Since the 50 s last century,successfully developed the first computer marked the arrival of information age.After decades of development,computer technology has now stepped into People's Daily life.All kinds of practical information management system is favored by many industries,including government agencies and various business organization unit.The unit USES the information management method to improve the work efficiency,streamline work processes,saving the cost of office.Based on this background,this paper intends to develop a set of electronic official documents office system,the system not only includes the various related business units with the government office,also contains a variety of practical business process,the implementation of the system will be the future of government office tools.After comprehensive system requirements analysis,according to the actual needs of the business,this paper defines the structure of the adoption of SOA,ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2012 database to develop electronic documents office system,in addition,this system also adopts the SMS cat to complete a short message to inform,multi-angle improve office efficiency.Based on specific system requirements analysis,the design research and development on the function of electronic official documents office system is divided into five functional modules,including system security modules,electronic document management module,transaction notification module,basic information management module,and personal office module.After the completion of the design,focus on the system to achieve the display interface,including the implementation code.Finally through rigorous testing on the system to fully verify the function of the system of practical and reliable,stable performance,basic can meet the demand of government office of electronic documents,can rise to improve the government work efficiency and the effect of informatization level.
