Design And Implementation Of Electronic Document Exchange System Based On Digital Signature

Electronic document exchange is the most important means to implement E-government and realize interconnecting between unit departments of government. It is a part of the foundation related to the entire constructing of E-government. It is necessary for us to guarantee confidentiality, integrality, authenticity and non-repudiation of electronic documents in order to achieve high-speed and security in exchanging documents between unit departments.This thesis presents the design of an electronic document exchange system which based on Digital Signature, and implements some functions of the system. The major work of the thesis includes the following:1) The system is based on the architecture model of Microsoft Windows DNA (Windows Distributed inter Net Application Architecture). Using CEB-format whose copyright owned by a domestic company as its standard document format, ensures that a document present a completely consistent form in vary environments, which resolves the problem of seriousness and normalization about "red-head-document".2) The system adopted a centralize mode in which all documents are stored in a document exchange center; Only can authorized users read from the server and print document under control instantly. It enhances security of documents in the aspect of accessibility.3) Applying the theory of hybrid cryptosystem, integrating symmetry and non-symmetry cryptographic system, giving attention to both efficiency and security, the system achieves confidentiality of document transferring. Applying the technology of electronic seal and taking the measure of message digest and digital signature, maintains integrality and authenticity of sealed documents. Encrypting seal data all through the process guarantees the seal couldn't be filched or forged. Authenticating the seal online makes printed copies under control firmly, which ensures that the red-head document is alone.4) In the process of implementation, flow-control technology is utilized to join these receiving or sending activities into workflows and state of electric documents is monitored all through the process of exchanging. Being compatible with paperful document exchanging, the exchanger has been achieved the requirement goals of which exchanging documents between unit departments securely and efficiently.The system has made Paperless-transmission of document realized completely between unit departments. It meets the needs of security and normality in process of electronic document exchanging.The system joins the paperful document exchanging process seamlessly and comes up to meet the expectation of exchanging documents securely, speedily and conveniently.
