In today's informatization and networking,the application of online office mode has become increasingly extensive.The most of popular electronic files in online transactions and online government field are presented in the form of dynamic web page.Ensuring the security of electronic documents has become an urgent problem for various office automation systems.Digital signature is an implementation of electronic signature.Although digital signature can effectively solve the security problem of electronic documents,but it is not visible to the signatory,and the Chinese have a deep-rooted habit to use seal.Therefore,researching the electronic signature technology for web page is of great significance for achieving a secure and reliable paperless office work.This paper carefully studies various electronic signature technologies and related products.Against three key issues of the most of existing HTML electronic signature products:(1)the limited protection content,(2)the inability of the signature page to be saved locally and verified offline,(3)as well as the inability to complete customized signature verification on the web page,this paper proposes a more reliable HTML electronic signature control implementation method.In addition,we design and implement an office automation system based on the HTML electronic signature control.It integrates the signature function into the system and improves the security of electronic documents.In view of the issue that the majority of HTML electronic signature products have limited protection content at this stage,we effectively expand the protection scope of web page content by preprocessing the core data in the pages.Due to the most of existing signature pages cannot be saved locally and verified offline,this paper innovatively converts a web page with an HTML electronic signature object into the PDF file,which enables it containing the electronic signature object as web page.In this way,we can implement local saving and offline verification of the signature page.In order to implement flexible combination between electronic signatures and electronic seals,as well as personalized seal verification,this paper establishes a remote communication between the signature control and the server based on the SOAP protocol.It integrates digital signatures,ActiveX controls and other technologies into the control to design and implement the HTML electronic signature control.The control can flexibly construct the HTML electronic signature objects,and can conveniently realize personalized signature and verification on web pages simultaneously.Upon the afore mentioned control,we design and implement the office automation system by integrating the electronic signature function.The actual application results show that the proposed office automation system not only can satisfy the basic requirements of signature verification,but also effectively solves the security problem of electronic files in complex transmission environments.
