With the development of science and technology,the application of Internet technology is becoming more and more extensive.Since the concept of "Industry 4.0" was proposed in 2013,the Industrial Internet has been closely integrated with industrial production,and intelligent manufacturing has emerged.In the traditional industrial site,there is generally no monitoring system for on-site production equipment or monitoring of on-site equipment through wired transmission.However,with the development of wireless transmission technology,the research on intelligent monitoring system based on wireless technology for industrial field equipment is getting deeper and deeper.Due to the complex production environment in the field of pneumatic industry,the demand for wireless monitoring system is higher.In order to better monitor the status of equipment in the field of pneumatic industry,this paper studied and designed a wireless monitoring system integrating ZigBee and WiFi technology to realize the remote real-time monitoring of equipment in the field of pneumatic industry,providing a method for the research on the health management system of equipment in the field of industrial industry.Pneumatic industrial field fusion wireless monitoring system is mainly composed of multiple terminal acquisition nodes,gateway system and remote monitoring center.Among them,the terminal node is installed around the industrial field equipment,responsible for equipment data collection and transmission,the gateway system is responsible for data forwarding and uploading to the server,and the remote monitoring center is responsible for real-time monitoring.In the research of this paper,first of all,several short-range wireless communication technologies commonly used in WSN are compared and analyzed.By comparing the performance of wireless transmission distance,terminal node power consumption,wireless communication speed,etc.,and combining the technical requirements of the project,ZigBee wireless communication is finally selected.Secondly,the function of each node in the system is introduced,and according to project requirements,combined with pneumatic electronic equipment,voltage and current acquisition circuits are designed.And completed the selection of each node chip and the design of the peripheral circuit,and then completed the design and manufacture of the hardware PCB of each node.Finally set up a hardware platform of wireless monitoring system based on ZigBee and WiFi.Then the software design of the whole system was completed,including data collection of terminal node,data forwarding of gateway node,server and web terminal design of remote monitoring center.Finally,the whole system is tested,and the transmission distance,system power consumption and networking performance are tested in the pneumatic field to verify the feasibility of the whole system.
