With the proposal of the concept of Industry 4.0,the use of information technology to promote industrial transformation and create intelligent factories has become the direction of vigorous development of industries in various countries.Therefore,the monitoring of the operation status and production links of industrial field equipment,and the more reasonable management and optimization of industrial production through data analysis have become an important direction for enterprise development.The traditional wired method often has the problem of poor monitoring effect,this subject combines the background of the laboratory project to study the wireless monitoring system applied to the pneumatic industry site.Collect field data and transmit data through wireless communication technology to achieve the purpose of online monitoring of the operating status of field devices.The system is mainly divided into two parts: node and gateway.The node is deployed at the equipment site and is responsible for collecting data from multiple channels and transmitting the data to the gateway through the currently emerging wireless communication technology-LoRa.The gateway receives and processes data from multiple nodes through relevant protocols,and then uploads the data to the server with the help of WIFI technology so that relevant personnel can view it remotely.This topic first introduced and analyzed several popular wireless communication technologies,combined with the actual background of the topic,and finally selected the LoRa+WIFI communication solution,and designed the relative time TDMA(Time division multiple access)network protocol.Secondly,according to the plan,the hardware functions of each part of the system are clarified,and the selection of the main chip of the system is completed.Each part of the hardware circuit is introduced in detail,the PCB circuit board of the terminal node and the gateway is completed,and the hardware platform of the entire system is built.Then there is the software part,which gives the overall framework of the system software,introduces the software design of the AD7606 data collection,WIFI communication and Web server construction,etc.,and focuses on the relative time TDMA network protocol implementation process.Realize the whole process software design of the system from the field collection,to the middle layer gateway transfer,and then to the top layer server reception.Finally,on the basis of completing all the designs,the performance of the system in terms of communication distance and power consumption was tested.And tested the system networking protocol,realized the expected networking function,verifies the feasibility of the system's relative time TDMA networking protocol.Finally built a pneumatic environment test platform,and the overall test performance of the system was monitored and analyzed,perform overall test analysis on the overall monitoring performance of the system,the correctness of the data transmission of the entire monitoring process from the terminal node to the gateway and finally to the server was tested,and the feasibility of the entire system was verified.
